Only one approved course from the student's major may count toward
the Women's Studies minor, and only if the
course has not been used for credit toward the major. Also,
courses counted for the minor may not be used to fulfill
requirements for liberal studies.
Students who intend to minor in Women's Studies should declare their
intent with the Program Director at least two semesters before
graduation. If the student is an Arts & Sciences major, after
completing 90 semester hours they must declare their minor with Arts &
