Community A primary goal of ECABA is to promote the ethical, humane, and effective application of behavior principles by disseminating relevant information to the community and providing opportunities for continuing education to professionals, parents, and others interested in using Behavior Analysis. What is Behavior Analysis? Behavior Analysis is a science-based, cost-effective approach for training parents, teachers, and caregivers to prevent and solve serious behavior problems. Behavior Analysis produces significant, measurable, behavioral outcomes in education, rehabilitation, therapy and business settings. Behavior Analysis uses effective techniques to help children reach their full potential. Behavior Analysis has developed specific tools to help children deal with school failure. Behavior Analysis helps people with developmental disabilities succeed in the community. Behavior Analysis has developed proven methods for effective early intervention with children with autism. Behavior Analysis has been used in business settings to improve the performance of employees and supervisors. (Adapted from FABA brochure.)
